The City of Kelowna presents 2026 COMPASS AWARDS

Join the City Manager and Senior Leadership Team in recognizing five individuals/ small teams whose actions have clearly demonstrated our values and helped build a City of the Future.

After a fantastic 2025 filled with incredible projects, amazing collaboration, and inspiring innovations, we are thrilled to announce our 2025 winners!

Join us on Thursday, April 16th, 2026, at the Mary Irwin Theatre from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM to celebrate the 2025 awardees:

Event Details:

Doors Open: 2:45 PM
Award Ceremony: 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Social Reception: 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM

If you are attending in person, please arrive by 2:45pm. Seating will be available to our maximum capacity.

For virtual attendance, join us through the livestream!

Join us for a social hour after the ceremony.

Once the ceremony has concluded, make sure to stick around to join the winners, your colleagues and Senior Leadership for a winner's reception in the upper lobby of the Mary Irwin Theatre. Light refreshments and snacks will be provided.
